This site is SCAM!!!! I bought tickets for over $500 and they NEVER arrived. You click on all these links and nothing!
They say contact us and their numbers are all directly to the vendor of the tickets, and nothing there for you to contact when you call the venue they tell you they don't have any tickets like that!

Yeah this video did not help but I did notice that it is run through Ticketmaster so instead I typed ticketmaster in my email search and I found that email they talk about in the video. Hope that helps π
This is a thousand times worse and than just printing out your own ticket. Or actually being sent tickets like people used to do.And way too confusing.

It didn't work. No emails from Ticketmaster found. No tickets found. Nothing in Spam folder, or anywhere else. Not sure what to do at this point.

Itβs pretty simple once you get the hang of it. Once you accept the transfer itβs on your phone in whatever app youβre using/you can normally add to your mobile wallet too π

Tickpick pretty much has stolen my money. Thanks!!! When I call their customer support it states due to high volume they are not doing phone calls and must submit a request. Guess what!?!? No response. How the hell do you even get your money back? Call my bank and report fraud?
This system is absolutely not user friendly. Will never buy tickets this way again. I coordinate for a large group and have no idea how to get the tickets to each individual so they can enter the event. Dumb, Dumb Dumb!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
This is a system FROM HELL – I am now trying for 30 minutes to get my tickets and am not there .
I bought tickets for a local Play and was able to print my tickets in 5 minutes – JOB DONE.
I will never order anything through this service ever again – you are wasting vast amount of my time- Next I will see if I can cancel this out / get a refund and go to some other event.

This is ridiculous! Everytime I click 'accept tickets' it just says "Oops something went wrong" how do I get my tickets!? I payed a lot of money for these!
I don't have a smartphone so now I apparently can't go to concerts anymore since there is no option to print tickets or have them mailed to me. Ticketmaster has been a huge scam on all of us for decades with their monopoly on the market, ridiculously high prices, and all the bullshit extra fees, which they are still doing despite not having any costs now that everything is done through their app. 10% or so of the population does not have mobile phones, and roughly 50% of people over 65 do not have them. Apparently Ticketmaster's position on that is "screw you all – we don't care, because we don't have to". It's incredible to me that they don't provide a way for those of us without smartphones to give them their hundreds of dollars for a concert ticket. Fuck Ticketmaster!
