TicketMaster Refund – How to get a TicketMaster refund or a LiveNation refund if you didn’t buy insurance.
I had to fight with their chat support to for a while but I was able to get a refund on my presale live nation tickets. Here’s how I did it.
I did not get the ticketmaster insurance but I was able to get the refund anyway.

Ticketmaster did something similar to me. The day of the event the link to print the tickets would not open so I could print them. They bounced my call multiple times and still refused to refund. They really need to be taken to court. Talk about services not rendered.
what about a resale ticket?
My friend is currently in this situation, our event is one month away and he just needs to refund 2 tickets. How do we contact them or call them to get a refund

I tried to use the live chat but it said it is not available this time. and it is 5pm right now….I also tried calling them, but they didn't answer.
The best and easiest solution to get a full refund with minimum hassle is to talk to your bank or credit union.
You'll be amazed how quickly you'll get your money back.

I bought the ticket insurance and im trying to refund my tickets months ahead of time, but they say "the Event Organizer is not allowing refunds at this time"…. wtf.
