Ticketmaster’s rewritten refund policy has some fans up in arms as the coronavirus pandemic continues to disrupt sports seasons, concerts and other live events. Katie Johnston reports.

  1. Kinda makes sense to not lose so much money when the games are only delayed and not cancelled. And the whole world is on pause so why not just wait for the games or expect another game in the future

  2. Ticketmaster is a racketeering operation, everybody knows this.

  3. People need that money in this time ,that's like keeping my money and saying oh I dont know when the game will be held again but imma keep your money till then

  4. Only way to combat this is to only purchase tickets on day of show at box office. Always a risk when you are purchasing in advance and allowing others to hold your money for an event which may or may not happen.

  5. When something happens thats out of the customers control refunds should always be available.
