The short answer is Ticketmaster are a bunch of wankers
It's simple…if you want your money back contact your bank or credit card company and dispute the charge. I've done it several times when ticket sellers tried to play this game. You get your money back quickly and they will have to handle it via legal manners if they chose to but won't because it's not worth time or money
The entertainment industry needs to figure out a way to exclude these parasites from the game.
If I get all the refunds from concerts I’ve paid for this year then I can buy a nice les Paul or Stratocaster!

I think this actually is reasonable they aren't saying that there are no refunds just that it is going to take some time because of this massive influx of cancellations and everyone needs to just chill for a sec.
I haven’t purchased a ticket through Ticketbastards in 10 years because they’re so scummy.
As long as Megadeth doesn't postpone or cancel it's not my problem. If they postpone my tickets should still be valid (or replaced with tickets with the proper date hopefully).
Use credit not debit, make a phone call to your bank and dispute the charge. Money back in your account. Ticketmaster tried their no refund shenanigans with me during this covid thing and my money is back in my pocket.
There is no vaccine or treatment at the moment. Cncerts are a no go until we actually have a vaccine. Don't put your life or others in jeopardy.

Two of my shows were "postponed" to 2020 and they won't refund me $100. Charged back both my charges with my bank. Fuck Ticketmaster.

So if the concert is canceled, there is no refunds? I didn't really get it.. and there is coming a ticket sale on ticketmaster in two days for Europe tour. Sale for American tickets was in february was in february and the concerts were postponed.. and they are keep saying that Europe tour will be postponed too and the tickets which we'll buy in two days will be valid for new dates. Can anyone tell me if I should buy tickets or not? And if they refund money?
Well its not just Ticketmaster, TicketOffice's is just as bad – Reba concert for May, rescheduled to July 10th this year. I was ok with that; then I got an email the Reba event moved to next yr and on a week we can not attend…… Now they won't even talk to you. Held 3 hrs 12 mins on the phone no answer. emailed them – and them say no refunds….. and say go sell your ticket….. This is so not right………….
