I'd give them a 0. Since we started ordering my dogs dog food we started noticing we had less money in our credit card each month. So to make this long story short, Chewy was Charging us DOUBLE! and they haven't returned our money and they are not going to. This last time we Caught them, so our bank is doing an investigation and will get our $105 Back. We are changing our credit card number, because RIP off chewy has it.

Been with chewy.com for over five years. My cats and dog even know the driver and recognize the box it's self.
Monsoon our GSD rates it a 9, too.
They do inflate the price albeit a reasonable amount for example I was going to buy orijen dog food from chewy and it was 90.99 but when I went to my local Petco the price for that same food was 80.99. but I do find great toys on there that I couldn't find in person in other pet stores.
