How to Grill a Prime Rib Roast
1. Thaw completely and bring to room temperature
2. Season on all sides with your favorite Omaha Steaks seasoning or rub
3. Preheat grill to 250°F indirect heat and grill to 10° below desired doneness
4. Sear at 550°F direct heat – about 1 minute each side
5. Rest 15-20 minutes
6. Slice and serve with my easy shallot gravy
