Working as chef in Atlanta for the last 18 years, you can say I know a little bit about chicken wings. After all, Atlanta is considered the “wing capital” of America. It’s my go-to snack for gameday and today on the menu we’re making one of my favorites – garlic parmesan wings. You have to something to dip it in, so I’m pairing these flavorful fried chicken wings with a tangy jalapeño ranch dressing.
Omaha Steaks has really great, fully cooked, pre-seasoned chicken wings with an incredible smoke flavor. To make garlic parmesan wings, toss the wings in flour, buttermilk, seasoned flour, and corn starch for that extra crunch. Fry until golden brown and then add garlic butter, parmesan cheese, and parsley. Dip in jalapeño ranch dressing for a chicken wing experience that will have you begging for more. I bet you can’t have just one!
