I've finish The Book Thief book and it's awesome.
Is this film better to watch for those who are bored at reading 👀
So that's Rudy, "Hair the color of lemons" who made me laugh and cry…
I prefer my imagination while reading book over this honestly
هل من عرب هنا!؟
I just finished the book half an hour ago, my eyes are still blurred. I don't think the film will be good enough but I'm going to give it a chance 🙁 it's a couple of hours later and the movie just doesn't compare 😩
Sorry: though the difference with the book is quite Evident, Geoffrey Rush made everything so epic
is there other movies like this, would really appreciate it if you guys would comment. my parents love this movie when I showed it to them, but now idk what to watch on fam-time. they never really like anything else. I guess they like the historical and heartwarming side of the movies without sensual stuff. pls do recommend me some more 🙏🙏
On which app is the movie pls tell
What a great movie
Why my imagination is always ALWAYS better than movie?
Am I the only one who didn’t cry from the book? It was probably because I was reading it in public though
That's what the movie does. It's just ruins the beautiful imagination and perceptions which the book sets for you. Hence, IM NEVER WATCHING THIS
Ah yes, just cast a blonde hair blue eyed girl and completely ignore the perfect narrator from the actual story..
Finished the book yesterday, couldn't stop crying.
This trailer looks extremely different from what I imagined while reading the book. The characters look too clean and well-fed. Is the movie worth watching or does it ruin the story?
I just finished the book yesterday and am in no way stable right now. "The end of the world part 2" had me uncontrollably sobbing and I have never in my life cried over a book before.
Liesel
Love movies who open your eyes to different cultures & people.
I watched this film in history a couple of days ago. Everyone including myself was crying
wait. why do they look so clean? and max? why he looks so… healthy??? I'M SO CONFUSED
Your first book are you sure this is yours
10/10
Just now reading the book
A good movie, but a much better book.
this book. oh my lord this book. there'd be times it made me want to smile, to laugh, to dance with all the characters and have a good time. and then most of the time i wanted to scream, to cry, to say words that i hadn't even thought of yet. times i wanted to hug everyone and they'd magically be saved. and sometimes i just tried to pretend that some things plain out weren't happening. like max leaving, rudy, rosa, and hans' death. this book ripped me apart from every seam in one chapter and would sew me back up again by the next. it stomped on my heart like a mallet. but most of all, The Book Thief made me love and hate words more than i ever believed i could. i would dedicate my life to this book. truly phenomenal.
edit: i wrote this after i read it the first time. since then, i've read it three more times
second edit: i just finished the book for the sixth time
third edit: two days ago we watched The Book Thief in english class (the class that had us read the book in the first place) and boy did i CRY
Liesel looks nothing like I would have thought.
Ola criks🤣🏳
Godfrey Rush. One of the greatest actors!
Bollywood silver screen ❤

The book is literally the first book I've ever cried over..its just too emotional ..

I sobbed so hard finishing this book.
Benfhft cubs no. Dan
I watched it last night. Sad yet so beautiful.
trailer looks boring, still worth to watch?
never read the book.
is the movie narrated by death? or is it worth watching?
the book is sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo good. but also sad. I finished reading it in book clubs at school. ps sorry for the spelling
I cherish my copy of this book because it was literally stolen from a Saumench's garbage. 💗
Just finished the book. Easily one of my forever favorites. And this trailer looks like nothing what I imagined.
I think the movie is quite different from the book. They failed to show the poor conditions. Their skinny body, the dirty neighborhood, the condition of max and all that. Their conditions in the movie looks much better.
We are reading the book in my English class and I’m so intrigued with the book I wanna watch the movie so badly 😭
Watched it on hbo was good
Can't wait to finish the book and watch the movie after
I love Geoffrey Rush!
Rip Rudy steiner

I’m the book I imagined Hans and Rosa a lot older with gray hair and stuff
