It never occurred to me that we could say 'what's your COMPLETE name'. What I usually hear is 'what's your full name'.
Full name is definitely more common.
Why didn't we use "cost" instead of "rate"? Please explain to me in detail.

I loved the last part wherein the students are made to repeat the sentences ! Adding the closed captions is a great idea ! The choice of words and the length of the sentences and questions are so apt for language learners. !
