Booking.com are the worst plataform for hosts!!! Don't use that!!!
This company doesn't care about customers satisfaction and complaint. The customer service team sits on the other side of the world – , they were taught to say "sorry" like parrots but no action to make customer experience better! They also put you through with the property to solve your issue on your own. They don't help with resolution or return your call to resolve your complaint. Stay away from this awful organization.

This app is the worst, they don’t respond to customer questions, not helpful at all.
A guest books my listing listing for 30 nights, didn’t show up, and doesn’t cancel booking…..my listing still indicates sold out which means m losing potential clients , I notified them that guest didn’t show but listing still shows that I have a guest….,If m to delete my listing, it doesn’t show where to do that from.
It’s not that helpful as a host.
