R: Good morning. Welcome to Capitol Hotels in Washington, D.C.
C: Hi, good morning. I’d like to make a reservation for the third weekend in September. Do you have any vacancies?
R: Yes sir, we have several rooms available for that particular weekend. And what is the exact date of your arrival?
C: The 24th.
R: How long will you be staying?
C: I’ll be staying for two nights.
R: How many people is the reservation for?
C: There will be two of us.
R: And would you like a room with twin beds or a double bed?
C: a room with one bed will be just fine.
R: Alright… It looks like we have several rooms available. Would you care for a room with a balcony?
C: A single room with no balcony will suit our needs just fine. I did notice on your website that you
have a pool and an exercise room. Are these facilities available for all hotel guests?
R: Yes, all hotel guests are allowed access to those facilities. The hotel stay also includes breakfast. We have a restaurant on-site that also serves lunch and dinner, but those meals are not included in your lodging fee.
C: Okay, that’s fine.
R: Your room is five hundred and eighty dollars per night. Now what name will the reservation be listed under?
C: Charles Bennett.
R: Could you spell your last name for me, please?
C: Sure. B-E-N-N-E- T-T
R: And is there a phone number where we can call you?
C: Yes, my cell phone number is 555-76283.
R: Great. Now I’ll need your credit card information to reserve the room for you. What type of card is it?
C: Visa. The number is 626135472.
R: And what is the name of the cardholder?
C: Charles T. Bennett.
R: Alright, Mr. Bennett, your reservation has been made for the twenty-fourth of December for a room with a single bed. Check-in is at 2 o’clock. If you have any other questions, please do not hesitate to call us.
C: Great, thank you so much.
R: My pleasure. We’ll see you in December, Mr. Bennett. Enjoy the rest of your week!

She didn't ask him for his card expiry date and 3-digit code and how much he will need to give for deposit and on which way, cash or via card.
But the 24th belongs to the fourth week of any month, It can't be in the third week, or there's something that I'm getting wrong?
