“The Book of Boba Fett,” a thrilling Star Wars adventure teased in a surprise end-credit sequence following the Season 2 finale of “The Mandalorian,” finds legendary bounty hunter Boba Fett and mercenary Fennec Shand navigating the galaxy’s underworld when they return to the sands of Tatooine to stake their claim on the territory once ruled by Jabba the Hutt and his crime syndicate.
“The Book of Boba Fett” stars Temuera Morrison and Ming-Na Wen. Jon Favreau, Dave Filoni, Robert Rodriguez, Kathleen Kennedy and Colin Wilson are the executive producers. Karen Gilchrist and Carrie Beck serve as co-executive producers, with John Bartnicki producing and John Hampian as co-producer.

Stayed up to watch the first episode and wish I hadn't. Not impressed.
I really like this guy as Boba Fett. They've made really bad castings in the past for the sake of diversity but this guy really does fit the character well, voice and attitude.
Not impressed with the first episode. It was flat and uninspiring.

Words cannot express how disappointed I was in that first episode. There is no way that was made by the same crew that made The Mandalorian.
It would appear that removing the dislikes worked for alot of you.
This looks like utter and complete trash.
Sigh,…I would like a story about greatest of them all. The very first Jedi and very first Sith lord,..or team of Jedi and Sith fighting against the Eternal Empire war I am not particularly interested in some personal stories, if those are not implemented in some greater events
Episode 1 was a snoozer! The action was generic. A huge disappointment from a director like Robert Rodrigez.

Action sequences were really bad in this first episode
Since the clone soldiers came from Jango Fett's DNA and the Empire kept using clone soldiers to an extent, nobody would believe that Boba Fett is THE Boba Fett.

Before you make a snarky comment, no I dont want Gina Carano re-hired. I wouldn't want her to go back to a company that:
1. Demotes one of the main characters from their Chinese Star Wars advertising because he's black (Finn)
2. Masks up the main character of Black Panther on their Chinese advertising because he's black (as opposed to the western advertising where he's unmasked)
3. Thanks a government security agency (in the credits of Mulan) of Xinjiang province in China, where about 1m people mostly Muslim Uighurs are thought to be detained, abused, tortured, organs harvested and their lives ended.
4. Has ruined a franchise much loved by many (Star Wars) through the woeful mismanagement of Kathleen Kennedy and by injecting it with a social and political agenda that no true star wars fan ever wanted or even asked for.
5. Fires people who do not have the same political opinions as their management (Gina Carano)
6. Does not equally sanction it's lead actor in the Mandalorian (Pedro Pascal) for his twitter comments in support of two known felons who committed horrendous acts of domestic and child abuse who were involved in acts of riot and attempted murder.
7. Lobbies Youtube and Google for the removal of the dislike button, 3rd party addons which restore the button, and delete comments in their videos comments section in an attempt to hide the people's clear dissatisfaction with their Disney/StarWars content.
Disney doesn't care about Star Wars or its customers, it only cares about money and its shareholders. But if you're happy to continue to financially support a parasitic company that does these things then: Are sure you're not the bad guys in this? Does your desire to be entertained take priority over people's dignity and human rights?
It doesn't matter how much you try to argue or bully me, I'll be back next week to downvote and post the exact same thing

There is no redemption without Gina back AS Cara and respecting the original trilogy and the fans. #FireKathleenKennedy and her political hires, and don’t watch Disney Star Wars and #CancelDisneyPlus until they do.
While I've really enjoyed both of these shows — I have to say, I REALLY REALLY REALLY miss the John Williams style music. This new composer with the forgettable complex name (Lugwid Gorgo'so‘g'ol'os'on) — or whatever the name is (and I don't feel like looking it up for a comment) — really just sucks the Star Wars feeling out of these new Star Wars shows. I agree with Jon and Dave on pretty much every other direction they've gone in and aesthetic decision they've made, but this guy… his style just really isn't right for Star Wars at all. It's too generic. It feels like something at home in a SCI-Fi channel original series rather than Star Wars. It just really takes you out of it. By Contrast, the sequel trilogy spends so much time removing you from most of the world building vestiges of Star Wars past, about the only familiarity you have to hold on to is John Williams music. Would it kill Lucasfilm to put both the musical score AND the world Lucas built together in one new property?
Lucasfilm are you going to extend your deal with Lego past 2022?

The book of Fofa Bett is D.O.A. Even CGI Luke Skywalker can't save it. Even the Mandalorian can't save it. Lame stories, lame acting, just winging it. Even Iron Maiden's Eddie as a gunslinger can't save it. Even stealing the Spice idea from ''Dune'' can't save it. It's like the American version of ''Fawlty Towers''. It's like the Muppet show without Kermit. D.O.A.
Pretty much every scene. When the trailers have more action than series.
Good curiosity question when is the next boonta Eve Festival on Tatooine I bet it would be a fun episode..Or maybe double episode….
