  1. I think it’s just the frame, not a finished home

  2. Those tiny home kits could make a good hunting shack for a well off hillbilly. A neighbor has one about 20' up as a deer hunting blind.

  3. that same tiny home cost $500,000 or more in demmtardia..
    aka California πŸ˜‚

  4. If it ain't a hobbit like abode, I ain't interested. Also must come with (1) ark (people pod) πŸ₯š

  5. There is going to be a severe housing shortage in the US–in the near future. Get ready. Fast.

  6. It's just a shell. It starts adding up once you starting adding all the things it needs, plus permits. Not worth it.

  7. πŸ‘πŸΎπŸ‘πŸΎπŸ‘πŸΎπŸ‘πŸΎπŸ‘πŸΎ

  8. For a young single person in need of a single bedroom loft on an acre of land they are great but you can build them yourself

  9. This was such an interesting topic, I couldn't stop watching.

  10. This shows how far the American dream has fallen. You would be better off just converting a tuff shed. If that timy home is 500 square feet it will cost about 70-75,000 complete and that's if you already have land to put it on. It wasn't that long ago you could buy a 2000 sq ft brick home on a quarter acre for 150,000 just remember inflation is 5% πŸ€‘πŸ‘

  11. Tiny homes can be good, but these steel frame homes are way overpriced.

  12. Me and my wife looked at tiny homes and it cost as much as a regular home

  13. Selling tiny homes is not getting into the real estate market .. real estate is the land, not the building.

  14. Tiny homes os ideal for Larry Fink and Bill Gates, who want YOU poorer while Davos owns ALL

  15. You're so right. I believe that until more companies start to go the way of Boxabl, they'll only see marginal success. Boxabl casitas are larger, more durable, more efficient, more customizable and they offer financing for more than just the price of the unit, such as shipment, foundation and the costs of your plumbing and electric hook ups just to name a few. That's a business model that will revolutionize home ownership for the average American in a day and age that puts it out of reach for most people.

  16. dry wall not included, 2nd floor deck not included, labor, flooring not included, plumbing not included. i figure a completed project with land, well, concrete pad, 125k to 150k.

  17. I suggest buy a land with no HOA so no one can bother you with your private land either you sleep inside your car parked in your property or build your design home big or small. Seriously.

  18. Trust JESUS!!! John 3:16

  19. Dry wall, electrical, concrete slab, etc not included with many of these homes. Must calculate the TOTAL. Many "got you's" with these tiny homes, so make sure you check all the boxes.

  20. Built my own a lot cheaper than those prefab. Maybe a good deal if you can't do it yourself.

  21. If I was young and single I would just buy a small piece of land and put a trailer or camper on it. Screw being house poor when you can be trailer rich.

  22. Hey ninja home prices are actually going up in canada right now!
