Accidentally shot a Home Depot employee with loss prevention, that was trying to wrestle a stolen item out of her hands. He was trying to get the item back and she shot him with the other hand. Did she have the safety on? Why was the gun in her hand in the purse? Was she searching her purse or pulling the trigger? The trigger has a guard on it. Now a man is dead.

Judges have met, more actors/ actresses than any occupation known. They have also heard more screen writers story's, then mgm enterprises. Being said why make it worse, digging the hole deeper within trouble. Admit your choice, and judge might accept level within actual remorse.
