Hi Brett, I just finished doing your Yoga for Courage video and this video followed soon after while I was still in Shavasana. Firstly, I sincerely thank you for putting out great yoga classes for free, this is very much appreciated. Now, for the second bit, and please allow me to dive into it. I don't think you should be in a way advertising, by means of a mention, a company that is outrightly unethical and borderline immoral. Am I the only one who thinks Lululemon is overly-priced and over-rated? Though how they price their merchandise is their business, how they source it, I make as my concern. This is a company that supports and defends child labour as "a means to pull themselves out of poverty". Really? So exploiting the weakness of under-develop nations is a good business ethics for them. This is a company whose employees filed a lawsuit against them for compelling them to watch motivational movies at home and attend classes without compensation and so on. I truly believe that practicing yoga shouldn't be just for the purpose of physical strength, but also to raise our awareness. As the Shanti mantra goes – may all beings be happy and free…… And may our actions contribute to the well-being and freedom from suffering of all beings. 🙏🏼❤️

How would you wash the Nulu fabric?
well ladies, as a guy that also does yoga. I normally look through content from many different sources. however I just assumed the under armour materials just broke down after using for a certain amount of time. after watching this I'll be trying this, hoping the pilling stops so I can stop spending tons of money on new shirts and pants. thanks for the tip!
What if I have already put my lululemons in the washer and dryer a few times(like 4). I have been taking good care of them ever since I found out I shouldn't do that. One pair is a little tighter fitting now but if I led taking good care of them will they be okay or ruined
Can u put Ivivva and lulus together?
The "stick" is called an agitator. And now they make top-load washers without an agitator in the middle.
Also, what about the dryer? Is it safe to dry them? Or should you hang them up to dry?
