TRUST THE PROCESS.
The stock market goes up in the long term
because it takes 2 steps forward for every 1 step backward.

That last note on employee safety sounds great but may not be the actual experience of front line workers. I'd invite Steve to work a nine hour day picking in 90° weather with no fans and a dog bed on his face to get the real experience. The company was efficient through the spring and summer due to efforts of longtime employees proficient in multiple skills in fulfillment shuttled from function to function and building to building for a wage less than what Walmart offers starting warehouse workers locally. Front line supervisors and senior managers agree the compensation is inadequate, but assure such versatile employees they're the backbone. Once a great company to work for, now thoroughly dehumanizing.
