We’ve been crafting products that can stand the test of time since our founder, Leon Leonwood Bean, first started making and testing his original pair of boots back in 1912.
He personally field-tested nearly every product he offered for sale. This kind of personal attention to detail has been our guiding principle for nearly 100 years. Today we continue to design to the finest detail for the harshest conditions.
Meet Terry, the boot maker, he makes sure our clasic Bean Boots live up to our Guarantee.

This must be the last LL Bean product made in America? I love LL Bean's customer service, but pretty much all their stuff is made in China, Vietnam, El Salvador, or assembled in Mexico, etc.
