12-year-old Tyler Armstrong has the incredible goal of being the youngest person to climb the Seven Summits of the world. More importantly, he climbs to help support the young boys who can’t climb mountains on their own – those afflicted with a form of muscular dystrophy called Duchenne.
Inspired by his story and cause, L.L.Bean partnered with Tyler this summer, outfitting him and his father for their historic summits of Mt. Denali in Alaska and Mt. Kosciuszko in Australia.
