Dsers and other similar applications such as Oberlo, Dropifyed only work with major platform providers such as ALI, CJ and others I guess ????

Hello, I got this error message during my order processing "DSers fulfillment service refused the processing request!" "Do you know why I can't process my first orders, knowing that I have DSers from Shopify? Thank you in advance
They don't provide option to sync shipping charges from Dsers to Shopify. Just shows the shipping rates.
